Honestly, It’s different for every one… and I know that sounds like a cop-out, but it’s true. Whoever is training your friend will know what’s best for them, and if your friend thinks they are receiving training that needs to be supplemented perhaps they need a new trainer… or they need to just talk and make their questions known.
